Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, standard US delivery takes 2-3 business days.

All peptide products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging including insulated containers and ice packs to maintain product integrity during transit.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental US. Orders under $150 are charged a flat rate of $15.00.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of shipment.

Return Policy

We accept returns for unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at support@novatidepeptide.com with your order number.

2. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

3. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
